30-Day Return Policy 

Returned products should be in their original condition, and packaging.

Returns are to be freight prepaid by the purchaser. Collect returns will not be accepted.

A 15% restock fee, in addition to related return shipping charges, if any, will be deducted from your credit unless your return is due to any of the following reasons:

  • An incorrect item(s) was sent vs. what was ordered.
  • Item(s) did not work due to a manufacturing defect.

Return Procedure

Please do not attempt to make a return without getting a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) first! 

Contact our Product Service Call Center via email at by phone at 1-888-895-4549 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and the appropriate return destination. You will be given an RGA number, which must accompany the item(s) being returned. All products being returned to our warehouses must be authorized. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized. Write the RGA number on the original packing list, and include the original packing list in the package to be returned. Also, please write the RGA number on at least two sides of the outside of the package to be returned.

Packaging Your Return

  1. Write the RGA number on your original packing list, include this packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Also please write the RGA number on at least two sides of the outside of the package being returned.
  2. In the event a return label was provided, place the return label onto the package.
  3. Items which are shipped via UPS must be returned via UPS, not by US Mail. US mail shipments do not require a signature; therefore receipt of a return cannot be verified.
  4. Credit will not be issued for returned product that was damaged due to improper packaging.
